A little bit about Eugene

Eugene and his father have owned and managed several apartment buildings, where Eugene manages leasing, tenant relations, repairs, and maintenance. He has extensive knowledge of building systems, contractor management, and relationships with tenants. Mr. O’Dunne brings this experience to Ben Frederick Realty, Inc. where he has helped many rental property owners find qualified tenants to fill their units. Eugene also coordinates apartment building showings with Realtors® who are representing buyers. Most recently, Mr. O’Dunne has applied his experience with social media and online rental systems as a way to increase viewings and find qualified renters for residential properties.
