Our Team

BFR Commission Sharing Policy: Ben Frederick Realty, Inc. shares Brokerage Fees and Commissions with Maryland Licensed Real Estate Brokers who are representing a third-party purchaser.  The Fee offered to Bright-MLS members is stated in the Bright-MLS listing.  The Fee to Brokers who are not members of Bright-MLS is as agreed upon with BFR.  BFR does not share Broker Fees or Commissions with Licensees who are Principal Buyers or Sellers or who are members, partners, stock holders, board members or in executive leadership of the entity that is purchasing or selling a property.  BFR pays referral fees to Maryland Licensed Real Estate Brokers equal to 10% of the total Broker Fee or Commission paid at Closing if a buyer or seller is referred to BFR.
