Since 2015, Cheryl learned the specialty of representing buyers and sellers of multi-family apartments and mixed-use commercial-investment properties, working alongside Ben Frederick. In that short period, she assisted him in preparing market information and closing over 350 transactions.  As real estate transactions have become increasingly complex, Cheryl has learned how to navigate the many and varied challenges and take pro-active steps to save clients time and money to get transactions to close successfully and on time.   Cheryl uses her knowledge of cash flow analysis and local neighborhoods to help sellers obtain the highest price for their properties.
