Volunteered in several capacities. Initiated the Political Affairs Committee to coordinate activities among the legislative activities of the organization. Chaired legislation committees. Taught courses on Property Management, Listing and Selling Apartment Buildings, and Investment Real Estate. Submitted articles for publication in the local Board newsletter.
