Baltimore City Rental Property License and Registration – How to Register

Baltimore City implemented a new registration system for registering rent property, vacant property, and vacant lots.  In the past, forms and payment could be submitted by mail or by hand delivering the paper work to the One-Stop Permit Office on Fayette Street.  This year, all registration is required to be done on-line and all payments must be made on-line.

Don’t be discouraged, it is not as hard as it looks.  There is no reason to be intimidated.

Ben Frederick walks you through this process, step-by-step.  View these three videos to learn about the ease and convenience of registering on-line.
